Very hard to navigate and very hard to get customer support!update customer service responded a day later and helped me work through the problem.

We upgraded from the Gabb Watch 2 to Gabb Watch 3. I'm happy with the watch, mostly. The wireless charging is a better solution. We got more out of the battery life by following the suggestions on the app. I am, however, very frustrated with the GPS tracking. It is very inconsistent in updating. My son wore it to school this morning, and it says the watch hasn't been seen for 12 hours. The locate button on my app usually just spins and tells me the device hasn't been seen even when he's at home.

We got the device because my son (9yrs) was very anxious after his cousin was shot in the Oxford, MI high school shooting (cousin is now okay). We are in the same school district and my son was having trouble. The communication part works well. The tracking part however doesn't. 8time out of 10 it will say it can't locate him or I will get a message that says he just got home when he is already at the table eating snack. It would be nice to have that piece be more consistent.

Used to be a great company. Rate limited my daughter's phone and now she can't make a phone call to her parents for 11 days. Terrible experience. After posting this review. Gabb reached out with instructions to fix the problem. I appreciate that even though the first experience wasn't great, they stayed with it and fixed it!

Original 2-25-24: Doesn't show child device location (says last check in was in December; it's February and she uses the device daily, rebooting her phone doesn't help). Still can't install the parent app for gabb messenger, which was promised almost a year ago now. Update 2-27-24: gabb actually called me and fixed the GPS issue! Upgraded from 1 Star to 3 for that! Once they release the parent messenger app I'll raise the rating more.

Overall a great app and experience. Could make creating GabbIDs easier if it wasn't down during setup. Locating is a bit slow. Other than that, I think the app & it's features are great!

I love the watch and the opportunity to contact my children but to locate them is the problem. The GPS doesn't work much at all. I can refresh it multiple times but it still seems to have problems locating. Thankfully the texting and calling works to give me some peace of mind. Great product but needs some reworking in the GPS department.
