Update: my son has been enjoying his watch, but we had some issues initially on setting it up to work the way we needed. Gabb worked with me with patience and respect even going as far as sending me a new watch and paying to return the old one. They are definitely worth the money. Great customer service. Thank you!

My daughter's watch hasn't worked for almost a month now, I've called I've emailed and no one is getting back to me. Terrible customer service when you have a problem. Update: after leaving a terrible review someone got back to me and got it fixed. The person who helped via text messages was very helpful. Sad though the only way to get a resolution was a bad app review. 😕

EDIT: Support has fixed the issue and everything is working great! I've actually had very little problems with the app itself, but setting up a new phone shouldn't be as difficult as it was yesterday. The reason I'm leaving a review now is because the website itself is malfunctioning and I can't add any apps to my son's account, even after speaking with tech support. Hopefully this is a temporary glitch and the problem will be resolved soon.
