It's easy to use and works good on the exact location when it does work. But sometimes location won't work for awhile or be slightly off.

We love the Gabb phone (my daughter has her second one), but the app is frustrating. The GPS location rarely works when I open the app. Most of the time I have to delete and reinstall and link the device again. But even then it doesn't always track even though it will ping to locate so I know it is synced. It currently says last seen 10 hours ago. All our features of the phone are excellent, but the tracking isn't reliable.

Fantastic Application. Gave me peace of mind for sending my little one on his way for school, bus, ectera. Now, when needed he can call me or text me to get assistance. The price was great too, especially for little ones who use it alot at first. There's great safety features, tasks, and alarms. These aid in the development of learning brains, that give me peace of mind. Now, when I'm ready to give him a "big boy" phone, his service transfers over as well to one of their devices too.

Love it! I love the freedom it has allowed my 7 year old and me. I can call if needed rather than going through friends parents. I can set alarms. I wish the tracking was more live, rather than me have to select update. I also wish I could add more chores, I like to give them a variety and they can choose 3 each Saturday. And I offer extra that comes with allowance. Other than that it is amazing!!! Thank you! We plan on getting the younger brother one too soon!

I get notifications of when the phone/child leaves or enters the home, but it's all wrong. I just got a message that it left home and entered the home, yet the phone is right here in my room.

The concept is very appealing for anybody that cares about their child's physical well-being and mental/emotional influences. It may be my lack of understanding but I don't see any ability to monitor my son's activities without picking up his phone and digging in myself. My one complaint though is what I consider to be a very important feature selling point: the location tracking does not update in real time nor pinpoint an exact location.
