We had an incident where my 8 year old son was approached by a man at our neighborhood playground and now, anytime he’s playing with friends, he wears his watch. It gives me so much peace of mind. The service is great and I love being able to contact him, set boundaries and see where he is via GPS. I have nothing but wonderful things to say!

Perfect for my kids. Even my 5 year old who can’t read well yet. She can see pictures of who she wants to reach out to and can use voice to text. She loves that she can send emojis too and it’s such a peace of mind feeling knowing where my littles are at all times.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted. Parent controlled, easy to use, high high quality, LOVE the tasks/rewards. No games. No internet. Real time tracking that is clear and specific. The quality of the phone calls is excellent, sounds like a real phone. My son feels safer and I do too!

Edit: Customer service has been great. Got the watch’s GPS function working again. The app itself seems ok. I would like to see it have the ability to update the map screen instead of having to go in and out of that screen a few times before it updates/refreshes. Otherwise, the other issues I’m having seem to be more with the watch itself and its software. I like being able to contact my daughter via her watch and I did like the idea of tracking her via gps, but the more we used the app, the less the go’s function worked. It... read more

Great for the need of my 10year old. I can track and communicate effectively!
Love the watch, but the tracking is so clunky and works around 50% of the time. Wish that was more reliable.
