Most time decive works. But it gets glitches. My child will be at school and app will tell me my 8 yr old is on the other side of town randomly. Seems like app and GPS location needs to be updated in my opinion. Says GPS location updates every 30 seconds. More like every 15 minutes. The calling and texting works great! Never lost a signal so that's a bonus.

Mostly good except: Can't make a group thread with kid and more than one parent---so I don't know what other parent has told kid unless other parent texts me separately which is annoying. Sometimes texts have taken 40 minutes to arrive. Not usually, but it's really not helpful when I'm trying to remind my child at a certain time to get on the school bus. The phone number displaying on my app doesn't match the number my child calls from. I have submitted this to the helpdesk twice in 5 weeks.
