This app helps me as a parent keep tabs on my child's phone and remind my child to charge their phone.

Business response:

Hi LaToria! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you being with us at Gabb!

Love it! Perfect for the age group. Simple to set up and use. Simple pay method. I looked through a lot of kid art watches, and these watches are the best for the price, etc.

Business response:

Thank you for this review, Janet!

I had an issue, but Gabb responded to it immediately. Thank you for helping me to get this resolved. They truly seem to care about the customer's experience, which is miles different than what I'm accustomed to with other wireless carriers. Thank you.

Business response:

Hi Javelle! Thank you for reaching out so we can make this situation right! We strive to offer our customers the best possible experience and we apologize yours has been anything less! We will have someone reach out asap.

Most time decive works. But it gets glitches. My child will be at school and app will tell me my 8 yr old is on the other side of town randomly. Seems like app and GPS location needs to be updated in my opinion. Says GPS location updates every 30 seconds. More like every 15 minutes. The calling and texting works great! Never lost a signal so that's a bonus.

Business response:

Oh no! We are sorry to hear about these issues with GPS! We would be happy to help look into this and get this issue resolved. We would like to help you, but we are unable to find your account. To ensure we can follow up with you as soon as possible, please fill out this brief form so we can reach you! http://bit.ly/3hTabbT . Thanks for your time!
