app not working. response to developer response. I can't even open the app how am I supposed to send feedback through the app? both me and my wife's apps no longer open at all. service with this company is subpar at best do not recommend their products.

App just crashes. Customer service is truly terrible. Don't be fooled by all the responses to negative reviews, they spend all their resources just responding to bad reviews and don't actually solve any problems.

The app keeps force closing and does not update the power level of the watches.

MyGabb app immediately closes when it is opened. Message that it has a bug. Try to access again & it closes. My phone recommended putting app in "deep sleep" due to crash frequency. Spouse has main control of Gabb info & he told me about it first (I verified same issue on my phone). He will uninstall & reinstall the MyGabb app tomorrow (if fixes it, I'll do the same on my phone). So far, this is not affecting the GabbMessenger or the teenager's phone.

can't even open the app keeps saying there's a bug. I Uninstaller and reinstalled and it keeps opening then closing right away. right now nits useless since yoy can't see anything.

Very disappointed with this service. The location isn't updated very often. Many times the person will leave the zone and it can take 10-15 minutes to send an update. why have a zone if it's not anywhere close to a real time update. The App crashes and no support on why. They can't even tell me why my app is crashing, even though I'm listed as a guardian. They ended my chat, because I'm not authorized. Stay away from this solution if you want to really want true location of your child.

App was working. Now closes every time I try to open. Cleared cache. Then uninstalled, reinstalling did nothing.
