update 4/11/26: location is still garbage!! what's the point of this phone if you can't figure out where your kid is. I did all the steps to "fix" the issue and yet the location still won't update when kid leaves the house. first review: location is garbage. works for a second, then all of a sudden will go weeks upon weeks and just quits updating. no idea how to fix it.

The watch was originally ok, but frequently had to reset the watch, which meant having to re add contacts. The GPS, which was the original reason I got it, has stopped working. It never makes a noise when I'm trying to locate it.

Nothing but frustration and dead batteries. I tried a factory reset but then when I tried to re-pair the watch, the app would not take the Wi-Fi password. I tried so many times and I know 100% certain that the password is correct, so now I have a useless brick and no help from customer service.

Update - 4/06/26: Now we have a Gabb Phone 4, but the parental app DOES NOT have the ability to add a focus or sleep time to the phone? Why not!?!?!? This is a basic and mandatory control feature. Please add this in ASAP!!!!! Need the scheduling feature to earn 5 stars. Previous issued fixed: At end of July it keeps crashing and is unusable. Android says it has a bug and the device need to fix. tried to remove and reinstall but same issue. any fixes?

Scam artist I canceled in January. They then sent me a bill in April with late fees and threatened to send me to collections. watchs were garbage and worked less than half the time. I would absolutely NOT give these scam artists your business.

Update: After 2 years of using this phone, I have a lot of the same complaints as the others: GPS tracking is severely delayed, which is bad if her dad and I are tracking her while she walks to school. The parent app is HORRIBLE! I try to access my account and it logs me out. Want to view the new dashboard? Logs me out. I don't get notifications when messages are flagged, even though the toggle switch is on. How can you keep our kids safe if your product doesn't work as advertised?

features are rudimentary and constantly bugging, the tracking (arguably the most important!!) NEVER, i mean NEVER works.

I wouldnt recommend the Gabb watch or app. The GPS on the watch isnt very accurate, the play sound feature to help locate the watch also doesnt work.

so many glitches. the location sharing is so spotty and not reliable. It will be sitting on the counter charging and I'll get a notification that it left the selected boundary, and then 15 or so mins later I'll receive a notification that it is back inside the boundary even though it hasn't moved an inch. the watch unpaired from my app and will not pair back up, currently working with customer service who just keeps telling me to turn it off & back on. they have a lot of kinks to figure out
