super glitchy and unreliable! No tracking ability. very unsupported. I have been a customer for 2+years and finally switched. First, lost the ability to find phone/track about 1 year ago. Customer service keeps saying "working on it" If you are OK with not knowing where phone is...good option then. Second they only support 9 apps with phones and devices. 4 of the apps are Koran, Mormon and Bible. Third, very pricey. $35/mo before tax and fees. service is spotty and we live in a major city.

After an app update on 4/28/26, my son's watch stopped functioning. Even after multiple restarts and factory resets to the watch uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone, and attempts to unassign and reassign the watch, nothing works. We're also still waiting for the Gabb Move app to be added back to the watch after it was removed days before Christmas. We were told it would be back by the end of the first quarter. No 24 hour support available, so no way to communicate with my son.

It was great for a while, but now my app and my wife's app (hers is Apple) gets notifications EVERY 15 MINUTES that kiddo's watch is in the home safe zone. It's not moving. App is just telling us every 15 minutes that it's still there, I guess. It wasn't doing this before, but now it's driving us crazy, and turning off notifications means losing a major functionality of the watch. Woke up to 50+ Gabb notifications. -_-

Nothing but frustration and dead batteries. I tried a factory reset but then when I tried to re-pair the watch, the app would not take the Wi-Fi password. I tried so many times and I know 100% certain that the password is correct, so now I have a useless brick and no help from customer service. Edit: Customer Serv reached out to me and sent me new watches. However, we are having a new host of issues with network connection and the app. Nuisance after nuisance. Can't wait until contract is over.

This app is practically USELESS. they tout GPS location services but it doesn't automatically update and now I can't even get the location services to work. Our 2 year contract isn't even up. I will not be renewing services.

gps tracking is the worst. that is the primary reason for a kid to have a gabb device and it only works about half the time
