Not As Advertised. Three of my kids have Gabb devices. They have been gone from the house today for at least a couple hours apiece, yet their location shows them all at home. Find another parent-lead mobile provider.

My watch doesn't allow outgoing or incoming calls. It allowed for 2 out of 12 text messages to go be sent and received. I contacted CS only to be told I just needed to update. Did all that, it still failed. I used the gps via the gabb app and it froze half way to where my daughter was last located. I had to restart my phone just to exit the app. I've only had the watch 48 hours and this garbage is going back. I'm headed to T-mobile..

This app is terrible. Constantly makes you login. The interface is so confusing and difficult to navigate. There is NO support, the messaging function does not work.

this app used to be pretty good, but ever since they redid it about a year ago, the location feature is TERRIBLE. the location will still reflect where the phone was hours ago, even if it says it just updated the tracking.

App sucks, site sucks, watch sucks. For what I am paying this company, it seems like they should be making a better product now, but they aren't!

The app regularly has misinformation. my kids' watches have been in our house for several weeks and it still says my son is 6 blocks away. Also none of the "help" features actually help. Calling takes forever to get a response and they just tell you to restart watches, uninstall/reinstall the app and it's still the same.

updated the app and now it claims the phone watch is at home. The phone watch is intended to give parents peace of mind of where their child is, yet it shows my child (and watch) haven't left my home in over a month? that's erroneous. It also shows the watch has no charge, which it was fully charged. For what it is intended the app makes it not worth it. We are very disappointed in the app and watch.

app and service are trash, haven't been able to update location in months, so pretty worthless for a paid service
