Here I am again 4/24/2026. Another complaint. I tried to get support help and it lead nowhere. Phone will talk and text but cannot locate on GPS. Stuck on location from over 24 hours ago. I have completed all troubleshooting steps with no results. Previous complaint was resolved: I don't like this since the updates. I get 3 messages at the same time that my son left a facility and he didn't.

update: my app cannot locate my son anymore. it just says updating. I can message him and call him from the app but I can no longer see where he is. it date weak signal too but it's on wifi and right next to me. I'm cancelling this as soon as this billng cycle is up.

GABB watch is a worthless peice of junk that will not work the majority of the time. Calls and messages don't go through. Tracking almost never works. If my kid needed to call me in case of an emergency the call wouldn't go through. I'd like to hear from GABB. I see your ratings. Why is nothing being done to improve your product? Or is it just a money making scam to begin with? Your prey are the parents who want to help keep their kids safe.

I love the concept of this watch. But the location for my daughter has been stuck for 7 days now. This makes the Gabb watch essentially useless.

having hard time adding contacts (always says try again later) it only refreshes location every 15 min (unacceptable for kids on the go) by the time my kid gets home the location says he's almost a mile away. not happy I could use life 360 for free and get better location info. I gave 2 stars because the phone and texting are the only 2 things that's worth having the watch for

Continue to have nothing but issues, stay away from the service. I'm listed as a parent on the account, can't text or reach my child. haven't been able to for months. agree can't reach me, I can't reach her. Support is useless. wish we would have never bought the device, it's a scam. GPS is so inaccurate as well. can't count on this.

absolute junk. tracking barely works, steps have never worked, today it crashed requiring complete reset.
