The app is horrible, and the GPS on the watch sucks. The watch will be in our house and it'll show it across town. The settings you change in the app never stay. They always change back. This garbage isn't worth it.

zero Stars would be given if possible. they have the absolute worst customer service. their AI bot is unhelpful and doesn't even know the systems that the watches and phones operate on. it gave me the complete wrong instructions on trying to fix a watch. this watch has not worked since we received it and gabb's only advice is to buy a new watch which never, no thank you or to constantly factory reset it. it is ridiculous and I cannot wait to be done with gabb

To paraphrase Woody Hayes, why did I give it a 1? Because I could not give it a zero. The app will not connect to my watch despite hours trying. The AI assistant is useless, and that it constantly tells me "that must be frustrating" is highly annoying.

Terrible Experience. GPS is delayed. now the watch 3se is only on black screen and i cannot even turn it back on, i tried to remove and repair the device. We hardly used it, had for 1 year. Would not recommend getting stuck in a contract for a service that cannot be used.

After the update I am no longer able to add new contacts to my child's contact list. I see an error message in red that says "please select child first". I only have one child account.

I purchased the Gabb watch for my pre-teen for Christmas. Everything was working great for about a week and then the watch stopped being responsive to the app. Tasks, GPS, Focus Modes, and Contacts do not sync from the app to the device. I read a lot of positive reviews on the watch, but wish I would have read the reviews here on the app. Had I known about these problems I would have purchased a different device.

After using 3 different versions of your watches and app, I am disappointed to report that the product remains highly unreliable. We deal with constant glitches and frequent reboots. Hard resets regularly wipe the kids data, causing significant disappointment when their progress and virtual pets are lost. The safety features are great in theory, the hardware and software performance is unacceptable. Even with gentle use, these devices fail to function consistently.
