Look elsewhere. I've heard Bark is pretty good. I really wish Gabb would figure their technology out. If it worked as intended, it would be a great service. As it stands today, their devices are terrible, the app is glitchy, and customer service is lackluster. After months of issues and troubleshooting, they still refused to waive my early termination fee. Even at $15/month, Gabb is still a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration.

Updated app (July 2025) still not working - uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted. Still doesn't work. Gabb website shows my device and plan but app doesn't. Yes, I'm signed in. This app is now completely useless and "tech support" has been equally frustrating. Please fix this app or let us go back to the previous version that actually worked! I did send feedback in the app - twice.

app was great, then this most recent update has messed it up went to see family for a day 99 miles away from home, came home the next day and the app still days the watch is 99 miles away. at this point I don't know if this would help me find my child/watch.

I've tried for over a week to get this app to work. My daughter gave me access to her account to track our Grandkids, and if I can log in, my name is Null Null. I deleted the account from the app and have tried to create a new one, but it keeps telling me my email is already associated with an account. Hopefully, I'll never need to use the app to locate my grandkids!

This app drops my wife's phone from being able to see our daughter's watch. Again. It's pure hot garbage. Will finding something else after the contact is up.

The new update is awful! The location never updates, so what's the point of having a tracker on my child if it's not accurate? The layout of the app since the update is also terrible, so please do a new update or just go back to the way it was before!
