Location tracking is a dismal. The tracking was great at first, but after having the app and phone for over a year, the location tracking is useless and totally unreliable. I set up the "safe zones" to get notifications of leavings and goings and sometimes I'd get notifications that my son left the house hours after he left and had returned. This is the main reason for getting the Gabb Phone so it is very disappointing. Consider other options if location tracking is a priority for you.

Completely terrible app and service. I'm set up as a guardian, but I can't complete calls or send and receive text messages with my kid. I don't get location updates for days at a time.

I am now on my 4th Gabb watch which is also now no longer working and I will have to call Gabb yet again. Every watch has stopped functioning after only a few months, the app only accurately locates the watch maybe once a week. It constantly puts my child in locations she is not and has me worried all the time. It unpairs randomly from the watch constantly and I have to do 4 or 5 factory resets until I can get it to pair again, and even then it only works for a day or two. Stuck in the contract.

Avoid Gabb service completely! If you are considering this as a potential management system for your kids devices dont waste your time or effort. No control, absolutely NONE by the parent. The app itself doesn't work 90% of the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid, walk away and use something else.
