We've had Gabb phones for over a year. Service is so spotty - sometimes they get texts, sometimes not, sometimes they'll come 20min after they'd been sent. Also, the location NEVER works for either of the 2 phones on our plan. We're keeping the phones for the internet safety they provide, but the whole system needs a lot of work.

daughters phone service is terrible. consistently can not sent or receive text and calls. phone is in our house right now, but app has her 2 miles away. very unreliable.

location is garbage. works for a bit then all of a sudden will go weeks without updating location. no idea how to fix it.

The GPS is unreliable and inaccurate. Ever since we upgraded from the Gabb watch to Gabb Pro 4 phone the GPS consistently does not update for hour or days. Even when we manually click refresh it does not update. The support from Gabb has been spotty an unreliable.

location is no way near accurate by two miles. signing off and back on doesn't work in resetting to correct location. Highly recommend not to use for location because you never get the precise or near.

app updated and now it won't work! shows "no contacts" on my phone app but I can see the contacts in the watch. trying to change some things on MY app (for the watch) and it won't work! upset paying $100+ for the watch and paying monthly for service and it doesn't work!

I am so frustrated...the location hasn't worked for over a month. The phone keeps logging out of the GabbID. It was great in the beginning, but only 2 months in and it is not functioning the way it was portrayed.
