Every time the app or watch receives an update, my watch unpairs, loses the ability to be recognized, or straight up disappears from the app. Today, it happened again with the latest app update and refresh. Sometimes I can fix it, other times it just won't work and takes over a week to be fixed. Most of the time, I just have to try again once a day until it finally works. I will not renew after my contract is up.

Everything worked fine for 2 years, but the updated app no longer connects to my child's Gabb 2 watch. Customer service was not helpful. They no longer sell the Gabb 3 watch, so we're looking at other kids watch options.

Update: Every time there is an update or something goes wrong, we parents get logged out of all the gabb apps!! Why are we paying hard earned money for a system that clearly is broken?

The updated app is worse. The task feature is all messed up. One watch has hundreds of tasks I didn't add that show on the watch. I try to delete and it automatically adds more. The other watch is the same but none show on the watch. The GPS location is also worse. The other guardian contact doesn't have access to what they should. I am not happy with gabb, especially with how horrible the sound quality is compared to the earlier watches. Everything seems to just get worse, not better.

June update removed access to child's watch as a secondary user. App now just keeps prompting to activate a new device subscription instead.
