I purchased the Gabb watch for my pre-teen for Christmas. Everything was working great for about a week and then the watch stopped being responsive to the app. Tasks, GPS, Focus Modes, and Contacts do not sync from the app to the device. I read a lot of positive reviews on the watch, but wish I would have read the reviews here on the app. Had I known about these problems I would have purchased a different device.

After using 3 different versions of your watches and app, I am disappointed to report that the product remains highly unreliable. We deal with constant glitches and frequent reboots. Hard resets regularly wipe the kids data, causing significant disappointment when their progress and virtual pets are lost. The safety features are great in theory, the hardware and software performance is unacceptable. Even with gentle use, these devices fail to function consistently.

horrible it tells me my kid has entered a zone and exited a zone multiple times all day and all night when I know she is in bed its quite irritating. alot of times it shows her in the neighboring state when she is standing right in front of me I dont understand the issue with the app

HORRIBLE! got the 3e for my kid for Christmas. everything worked for 2 days, then trying to sync contacts were delayed by hours. and now it won't send or receive messages. I should have read up more on the reviews. almost all reviews say the same thing. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

GPS used to be delayed but work. Now it's not working at all. Frustrating as a parent with a teen.

Come on Gabb, improve your app. What is the point of this watch, if the app doesnt even work right? Its glitchy, slow to update location (which is super important), and unreliable.

Completely useless. Never tracks the child's phone and is impossible to reinstall. Notifications on when the device leaves the safe zone or returns are hours after the event

I like the internet safety of Gabb. But location is frustrating. I can't locate my first kid's gabb phone anymore.

can't get to manual setup to bypass an account issue with a refurbished watch. both app and Gabb support has been zero help
