never works right.. constantly pairing and unpairing device. location won't work even though both phones have location turned on. when finding phone it hasn't updated map location in two months and it won't work. even uninstalled and reinstalled. phone also randomly stops sending and receiving texts and calls.

it doesn't work. it has signed me out over and over and over again. I keep having to create an account uninstall, reinstall, it is awful

Absolute failure of a product. Watch gets stuck in focus mode and won't unlock. Cant send or receive texts or phone calls - even from the primary guardian contact. GPS only updates sporadically, even when triggered to refresh in the parent app. AVOID THIS PRODUCT!

The watch has very limited water resistance, constantly overheats when my daughter is talking and when I cancelled my subscription on the website, two months ago it has yet to go through. It is impossible to find a phone number to call and talk to somebody. There are many options out there, I would recommend checking out other options before going with Gabb.

Two years of pain and suffering, every time we pray it will turn on and not lose registration when our kid goes back home from school 🤦 If you just bought it do yourself a favor - return it until you are locked in the contract. 3.5 stars reviews on Amazon do not lie, I bought mine directly from Gabb, so I can't review there. Now the watch would not register at all, it's junk from day one.

gabb 3e watch is garbage and does not allow text messages that you can type in. no voice to text. support is just a FAQ loop with no customer service contact.
