It worked ok, and then so many glitches and problems. GPS alerts were great and now they're delayed by 5 or ten minutes. Being able to text back and forth was great and now it doesn't receive our messages. And when I try to do the web chat for help, it takes forever. Call for support? Good luck - it takes forever. We are strongly considering canceling the watch and going a different route. edit: they want feedback through the app. we tried. it "failed to send feedback", so much for that!

I really liked this until the update. It takes forever to update my children's location and the GPS is awful now.

signal has always been sketchy, and GPS is unreliable. I never can seem to track my son in real time... It's very frustrating; the concept is amazing if only it worked 100% of the time. Definitely need some serious improvements

Since the app updated, the contacts that are previously saved on her device are not showing up on my app and if I try to add a device to her watch on my app, it doesn't sync to her phone....not happy

I swear the Gabb app is the most unreliable technology I've ever used. We have two Gabb Watch 3 products, and while they usually (but not always) work for calling and texting, the app fpr tracking is utterly useless. Perpetually says "offline" even when fully charged and inches away and will never refresh or update. Heaven forbid my kids ever get lost or kidnapped because it'll never work to locate them. I hate how much it costs for such unreliable service.

The app sucks. The watch sucks. Customer service is so friggin slow. We have had this for 6 months and have had to force update apps and factory reset the watch multiple times already.

I also can no longer add contacts which is a major problem when you need your child to have communication with the adult that's in charge of them

GPS no longer works effectively. I have to restart everything multiple times to get it to update the location which is unfortunate as the GPS Capabilities are the reason we got the watch in the first place.
