Just upgraded to watch 3 and will not connect to wifi, wifi is not listed. Played phone tag with customer service. Tried all the sets and phone would not pair. Replaced the watch with a new one, worked for a few days now it just flashes the gabb logo. Over it. Getting ready to cancel my membership after 2 years. To hard to reach customer service! Sad, because I really like the parental options.

Do NOT purchase the watches unless you love wasting your time and money. The app is absolute trash and the watches will not work unless paired with the app. I can't speak for the phones. Our first watch stopped working after a few weeks. Could not receive any incoming but could outbound. After 3 replacement devices, a couple weeks, and more than 10 hours spent on the phone (most of this holding, their hold times are horrific) I still do not have a working watch.

Upgraded to Gab watch 3. Tried to setup several times. Fails to connect. Update: It worked with my iPad. I guess the issue could be with the app on Android.

Real problems with phone functions, group texts and the location finder in particular. Their customer service drags out the process and is not helpful. I've spent hours troubleshooting with them over the period of 6 months.

This app is barely functional. It almost never works when we need it. Cannot recommend this app or this company at all if you want to actually see where your kid is at any given time. Tried to see where my kid was at just now as I hadn't heard from him and he was last seen 2 days ago by the app. Completely useless.

I had some issues getting the watch setup but was helped quickly and got it working for me. Now I can keep track or my daughter and she can call me if she needs anything. I really like this app and it works great with the smartwatch I bought!
