VERY sometimes on service and function. My Gabb 3 watch just turned off at 97% and wouldn't turn on for days despite trying everything. About a week later it decided to turn on and I had to reassign my gabb ID. Now the app is saying it can't locate the watch despite trying everything except removing it, again. Fix your service or I'll be requesting a cancelation for failure of service.

Very dissatisfied customer. After trying to work with support three times and the chat not working I tried the phone support. BIG MISTAKE. Phone technician actually made it worst. Now the phone will not pair with my parent app. The issue before this was a failure of the gps locating. I have asked to speak to a manager four times and never been transferred to one. DO NOT use this company.

It runs slowly, and I don't like how I can't do basic changes, such as managing apps and allowed features on my kids' phones. I have to go to the browser for that. I know this is a first world problem, but it doesn't make sense that I have to log in on the browser for one thing when I could do the other things that way, too. Why do I have to go to two different places to do all these things? I also can RARELY locate one of my kids' phones on the app.

This children's phone service is the worst and their customer support has failed me multiple times...after hours of chatting with support, I still cannot block unknown callers (because I use an android device), and my child gets a dozen spam calls every day

The app never connected right. The watch we had stopped working after 2 months and it took them 4 months to get back to me even though I was weekly trying to get in touch with them. Once they did finally respond, they insisted on sending me a second watch, and it was a dud. After spending money on the watch, a yearly service and monthly service (apparently I was charged twice for the plan) I only received 2 months of service back. I DO NOT recommend this company. Terrible. Huge rip off.

Location doesn't work. Started out working but within a couple months it no longer works. Tried resetting, updating app, etc and still doesn't work. Really bummed about that. Plus side... I can message and call my child, child can message or call family and friends.
