The fact you guys removed live tracking and now I can almost never get the watches to update location is the sole reason for 1 star and we will be switching to apple watches.

This watch and app and both hot garbage. I've been trying to connect the Watch 3 for 5 hours and I've gotten nowhere. Can't remember the last time I've been this frustrated.

Does not work. We got this for our daughter for her birthday and has so far been such a let down. It wont connect to the app and the watch wont do anything without that.

Update: After a month of issues preventing me from messaging my own child and failed attempts at email and chatting, twice, with support and getting nowhere, I left poor reviews here and on Facebook. Support then reached out, and was amazing in helping to fix issues. When it works, Gabb has been great. Moral: if you truly need help with the service issues, bad reviews motivate the truly good people in support to actually help. If you're ok with that when the issues come, Gabb will work for you

There has been a "known issue" with the Gabb Watch 3 not allowing to add a display name to primary contact... its popping up a "forbidden" message. Now, none of the guardians' texts or calls will go through at all. Also have had repeated factory reset issues, and least once a month since December 2023. I've messaged support and get the "we know and we are working on it" message for weeks now. 1/10, would not recommend! Not reliable.

My daughter's watch hasn't worked for almost a month now, I've called I've emailed and no one is getting back to me. Terrible customer service when you have a problem.

Not dependable. Location tracking does not work. Customer support button does not work. Sometimes my child says they are unable to call when trying to get a hold of me. Would not reccommend for the purpose of knowing where your child is and being able to get ahold of them.
