Unreliable watches, they don't work majority of the time. We also disabled focus mode on the app but it won't disable on the watches.

I am really disappointed in this app. Many, many times I have tried to locate my kids phones and it can't locate them. What is the point of having the app if you can't locate them? It will say maybe phone is on airplane mode, or turned off, or low signal and it never is. Other times it works great and I can locate them easily. But it seems whenever I really need to locate them, I can't.

App isn't helpful and watch is not worth the money. Keeps not starting and then I have to redo all the numbers she has. Ben 9 Mo and we have had to reset at least 3 times and isn't working again.

Location services is NOT working. I reinstalled app, turned on and off the phone, turned my phone off and on and it's just not working. On all days when I need to see where he is at all times. This is so frustrating. Main reason I got this watch was to be able to see where my child is! So frustrating. What exactly did I pay for and continue to pay for with monthly service fee????? Will be looking to other products with more stable and consistent service.

GPS location never works. The app says it hasn't connected to the watch in months. It works for calls/text but we NEED the gps more than anything. So frustrating

This company could not be any worse. Please avoid at all cost before getting locked into a contract. This review is after one 2 yr contract, and giving them a second chance hoping with a new phone and updated service things would be better. The coverage is bad, because they use other companies towers. While they have now added apps, half the time they don't work, like the music. There is no internet which is the ONLY redeeming quality. Call and messages don't always go thru same 4 video calls.

The GPS takes forever to update. I will get notifications 20 minutes after my child enters or exits a safety zone. Many times, it can't even update the location on the map and will just spin.
