Absolute garbage. Gabb watch 2 was ok, but 3 hasn't worked hardly at all. GPS works maybe 5% of the time, which was the sole reason we got this watch and upgraded when 3 csme out. Messaging stopped working for months until this latest update. Support via app doesn't work. And watch likes to turn itself off randomly despite plenty of battery life. Useless for keeping in touch with and tracking your kids.

Absolutely terrible setup with a new watch 3. Our existing watch worked great but this thing has been a nightmare to just activate and pair.

Glitchy, inconsistent and not trustworthy After hours of trying to set two watches up and seeing how poorly their website is built, I will definitely return all the hardware and advise everyone to stay away.

My daughter has had her watch for less than 6 months and we have been very satisfied until this past week when out of the blue the watch is not working , the app keeps saying error and Gabb ID not found, and we can't get any support no matter how we try :(
This app and watch are awful. I do not recommend Gabb watches! I have been trying for two hours today to reconnect watch that suddenly stopped working AGAIN. Our first one stopped working a month in. After hours working with customer service and trying everything we had to get a new device. This device also suddenly stopped working too. We have had the device since December so less than 6 months and we are on our second device and have had to factory reset due to sudden errors 5+ times!

This app, and the products it supports, are absolute garbage. Constantly glitching and requiring multiple factory resets (which means the kids lose their progress on the various watch based apps). Support is hard to get a hold of, slow, and generally unhelpful. No idea if their competition is any better, but stay far away from Gabb. They're worthless.

This entire Gabb experience has been terrible and I will be letting people know. Our first watch 2 lasted just over the 1 year warranty period before the contacts refused to charge despite cleaning. We were forced to buy a new watch 3 on Amazon. It began having problems within 6 months. When attempting to get help from Gabb, they informed me that buying the new device added 2 years to my contract. Now I'm stuck with another year and a half of a product that doesn't work.

Don't get these phones, they stop working and then they just get disctonued with no opportunity for trade in or upgrade discount unless you sign a contract.

Have had nothing but issues since purchasing our teens' Gabb+ phone. Had to reset multiple times, have had to call support multiple times, and the GPS continues to fail in locating the phone. Disappointing is an understatement given that this is one of the major features that are supposed to keep our children safe. Had no issues with our younger child's watch and expected the same with the phone. It's not worth the price!
