What a rip off, doesn't work at all hardly and location isn't even an option, cannot update the app, cannot call watch at all and now it's freezing. I want my money back. 😕

Call and text seem to work alright, but most of the time the locate function will not work. That is one of the biggest reasons we got the watch in the first place. The play sound to find the watch doesn't work most of time either. I signed up for a year contract for service thinking it would be a decent watch and now I'm stuck with something that doesn't do what is advertised. We haven't been using it for even a month yet. Pretty disappointed so far.

Buyer beware! The negative reviews are accurate! The app is no help trying to pair the device, and each time I get close to pairing, the watch says it doesn't have a signal when it clearly has had a signal the whole time. I have been attempting to contact customer support all day and cannot get through due to heavy volume. I assume others are enjoying this experience as much as I am. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I intend on canceling and returning this device ASAP.

The app is not user-friendly. It will not update the location of the phone.

The watch doesn't work more than it does work. I've had to factory reset multiple times in the 1 year of ownership... I can almost never locate my child. Many times we try to call each other and the watch wont allow it. Our current problem is that for almost 2 weeks now, the watch WILL NOT TURN ON. We have done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Press power, get the gabb logo, turns off. There is no moving forward. This has been a HUGE headache and I am about done with it.

We have 2 of the watches and one is working great while the second watch says offline even though it can still send and receive calls and texts, just no location which is one of the biggest reasons we purchased this item. Extremely disappointed 😞

I have 3 Gabb phones now and the GPS functionality has been intermittent over the years. As of today none of the phones are reporting in and I'm sick of constantly messing around with the phones to get GPS working again. Do not purchase a Gabb product if GPS tracking is important to you. This app is useless other than to get a new phone setup.
