Not a terrific plan if you have more than one kid. We signed up for two watches and two phones. The watches have to share contacts/ info and one phone is rarely recognized or functioning. Both issues have been an unsolvable problem since the start of our contract in 2022. Disappointing.

Suddenly just stopped locating the watch. I can't call it. The "Gabb Id" has never worked after hours with IT support. I'm tired of chat support and knowledge articles. Get a phone number and fix your technology! "We have reached out!" How? To who?

Don't waste your money. The app regularly just shows you the address you punch into your account. It rarely picks up if your device has left your "Safe Scace" and when it does it's usually hours after the fact. The GPS part of this service this is completely unreliable. There isn't a location history for the device either. The app will show you the last lucky ping, but when the device is unreachable like when your kid is in a building or turned off it will report the address from your account.

Gabb was so good when I first got the watches and now I have been having issues since January with a replacement, took MONTHS to get them to replace the replacement and now I'm sitting here trying to connect the 2nd replacement only for the stupid thing to say it's too hot (I just turned it on!) oh! And they sneakily switched me out of my $9.99 to the $12.99 plan when replacing the watches even though my 2 year contract is not up! EXTREMELY SHADY AND UNRELIABLE.

We had the Gabb 2 watch originally. First one needed to be restarted a lot due to having location issues constantly. The second was returned since it couldn't get service/signal. My child ended up breaking the replacement to that accidentally. We then went ahead and got the Gabb 3. That one was fine at first. The charging is hit or miss now as the watch should sit on the cradle just right. This one won't show the location either now. Very unreliable guys! Will be looking elsewhere for service.

Terrible app. Will not let you login due to having to send a e-mail confirmation after making you type in your password. An E-mail that I never received (attempted 6 times). Passwords that work on phone will not work on PC (for some reason)
