Buyer beware! The negative reviews are accurate! The app is no help trying to pair the device, and each time I get close to pairing, the watch says it doesn't have a signal when it clearly has had a signal the whole time. I have been attempting to contact customer support all day and cannot get through due to heavy volume. I assume others are enjoying this experience as much as I am. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I intend on canceling and returning this device ASAP.

Needs to save some degree of location history like the Gizmo brand does. This is especially needed in case the location is not working in the moment so that we can get a sense of the direction they were going. At least once an hour when they are in a new location it should save a pin on the map with the time and save those pins for at least 48 hours. The Gizmo lets you go back weeks.

Not impressed. We got this for my 9 year old daughter and can't get it to pair correctly, the app is clunky and waited an hour for a chat rep.

I had the watch for my son and loved it; however, I just upgraded to the phone and got my younger child a watch, and now nothing works. The app made me update, but it won't connect to my phone during the setup process. Such a frustrating way to spend Christmas morning!

Really dislike that if I'm added as a guardian, FOR MY OWN CHILD, I can't add contacts if I'm not the primary app holder.

Location is not working at all. Super disappointing. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Nothing about the phone works and half the time, calls can't be made! Update: new update installed and location is not working again. Could we get this right, please?!

This is amazing when the GPS works. I have to have the watch on wifi to get updates on location. I have also had to unregister and reset the watch to try to fix the issue but it did not.

Great idea. Although terrible for location services . Which is why we got the watch. Doesn't update at all. I have tried all steps to fix. Will be returning for better product.
