1/30/24: Locate function worked once during the first week we had the phone, but not since (it's been over two months). Play Sound function has worked twice in that time. I've spent probably 15 hours in chat with Gabb Support getting the runaround and being asked the same questions over and over, being asked to perform the same steps over and over. No change. What a complete piece of garbage. 3/2/24: Another month of support being unable to fix things and several new problems. Utter trash.

Doesn't show child device location (says last check in was in December; it's February and she uses the device daily, rebooting her phone doesn't help). Still can't install the parent app for gabb messenger, which was promised almost a year ago now.
Love the concept of being able to track and communicate with my kid while they are roaming the neighborhood with friends, but I'm on my 2nd full factory reset in as many months. I have to reload the app and do a complete new setup process again. I cannot recommend this app/watch based on this kind of reliability.

Used to be a great company. Rate limited my daughter's phone and now she can't make a phone call to her parents for 11 days. Terrible experience.

Won't connect to child's device I kid you not, we probably have tried connecting over 20 times! I'm not the account holder, my husband is, so maybe that's the issue. I've updated the app and still it can't do it. It just restarts the whole process again. My other child has the t mobile sync up watch and even though I'm not the account holder for t mobile I'm able to get in and see where he is and turn on school mode. Save yourself the money & frustration and get a sync up watch from t mobile.
