I really liked them at first until my daughter's phone broke, I wasn't able to contact customer service for over 3 weeks to talk to someone.It kept saying they were busy and call back! Emailed them with no response! By this time I'm paying for my daughter's phone and she can't use it. Finally talked to someone after 40 min. Transferred me and line was busy.Called today have been on call & hold for over 2 hours! So disgusted by their customer service! Terminated contract, still have to pay $100!

My daughters location hasn't been updated in 2 days, so I can guarantee that no peace of mind is being given here. My partner was never able to complete the setup process on his phone so I'm the only functioning guardian. Text and calling function works great, but GPS is garbage. We already had to factory reset my son's watch within weeks of getting it after an update ran and the device wouldn't start up anymore. We've had since December and I'm not loving it so far

I can only check my son's location when he's connected to my wifi. I don't need to locate him at home I need to when he's gone!! The pro 3 doesn't work anywhere as good and the regular phone!

Currently a 3.3 rating and I don't understand how it's that high. I can't get anyone to help me via chat, email, or phone. Their customer service is a joke. Our watch worked for one week and has been garbage since.

Canceling service. Unable to reach customer service for 2 weeks now. Got charged for 3 months price in one month and 2x activation fee. Unable to download any apps as approved by parent. Your child willnot carry this phone around as it doesn't have any games or apps they like. I be getting my old android phone activated and giving it to my child as google let's me control whatever apps I approve.

Upgraded my child's watch to the Gabb 3, it will not sync with the app, it shows incorrect location and battery level. Waste of money.

App is very slow, buggy. Constantly get error messages saying it can't read Gabb ID. GPS is unreliable, and often 30 minutes or more delayed, sometimes can't even manually refresh GPS. Inability to give a second parent admin rights is serious flaw. No way to review messages received by child in this app.
