the app is not working at all. I wanted to activate a new Gabb watch but the app is not even logging me in. I am able to login via the website but how do I manage the watch if I cannot use the app

Gapp App is terrible experience. Unable to log in using my credentials. unable to transfer the SIM and activate my daughters new phone. Just annoying!

Location accuracy is not great, location updating is awful, notifications lag if they get sent at all. Reliability is 50/50 at best. Call and text features work pretty well but we mostly got this for location tracking of the kids for safety. My dogs GPS collar works better for them with a lower monthly fee than this does for our kids. Definitely disappointed and hope they upgrade their gps capabilities.

Location rarely works. App and watch 3 glitch a lot. Find device stopped working. Notifications and sync not working either. Can't wait till the contract is done!
