It's pretty abysmal. Doesn't work half the time. The phone does limit things, but it's slow, clunky, non-responsive. Focus on making things faster.

This app is great when it works, unfortunately the GPS seems to stop updating randomly and you need the the device in your hand to get it started again. This is problematic because you only need GPS monitoring if the device is not with you. For instance my kids phone was stolen at school today but the GPS stopped updating weeks ago. With no way to track it I have to hope whoever took it finds it in their heart to give it back. I'm just glad my kid isn't missing with the phone. Very frustrating

Wtaf? setting up a device should NOT be this hard. It's experiences like this, that make technology so damn frustrating. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten passed the set-up and I'd "go all in" and bet this is going to be an on going headache. Excuse me while I wait (again) "after an hour, restart your watch and try again". Only if payment worked the same way, eh. OOF!
Well since the app doesn't work and you can't access the watch without the app this is a total waste of money! Garbage!

We have five kids and got five Gabb watches in July 2024. Positive - one of our kids broke his arm biking, thanks to him calling right away, we were able to help him quickly. Negative - speech to text does not work consistently. Two of our five watches have already crashed. I have reset one already and will probably do the other one this weekend. It's super annoying that we have to set up their contacts each time this happens. No after-hours customer support (so here I am leaving a review)

Horrible gps issues. It NEVER updates. Always says my child is home. I have restarted her phone numerous times and reloaded the app, but it's garbage. I can't wait to get out of the contract and get something that works to keep my child safe. Update: still doesn't work. Wish they had negative stars for false advertising
