Multiple issues over the last year with this watch. Customer support is great but there just seems to always be issues.

I am not able to track my child's location. I've tried restarting both mine and my child's phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app too. This is one of the reasons we decided to go with them. 🥴

I HATE the watch and the app more than I have ever hated ANYTHING in my entire life!!! If you feel like spending hours and hours trying to get your child's watch to connect to your Bluetooth with every single possible step done multiple times. This is for you. The amount of anger and frustration I have had with this app and the watch I can't describe! This is now the third time I have had this issue. At this point, I just want to smash the stupid thing into smithereens!!!!

This app sucks. It just made me re pair all my kids devices. My kids have to re log into their mygabb app frequently

Thank goodness my partner has an apple...otherwise I can't control my son's contacts. Why would you create parts of an app that are one sided. How does that help parents that are only Android users to get the best out of what COULD be offered. Also, location is awful. The last time it reported was 8 days ago. How is that helpful?

Glitchy
App doesn't work, went through everything, easiest way to get support was through Facebook messenger. Somehow, though, they were able to tell me if my wife was on or off. The phone is fine, just can't do what I want because everything is on the app, they don't even have a desktop setup for it. On the desktop you can see numbers they text and call that's it.
