Needs push notifications for the location feature and I cannot see my kiddos texts from the watch 3 in the app. The whole point is to have visibility. Overall its just ok. It could be way better with a few updates.

No longer gives notifications for watches being turned OFF. Only when they are turned ON! Which is completely pointless.

Everything works fine until you want to cancel the services. I'm trying to cancel for more than one week and didn't receive any response from support, billing, etc...

My actual Gabb devices are great. This parent app however is EXTREMELY slow. It's slow to load, slow to move onto any function you touch. GPS tracking is ok but not great. I think the app itself just need a tech/data refresh. Seems old and out dated with the slowness. It tests my patience more than my children 🤣

Ever since i switched to the Gabb 3 watch, the GPS has not reliable. That is the whole reason I got the watch. The call feature is great, but I need the GPS to work.

Not reliable. Unable to locate the new Gabb 3 watch using the app. The GPS is not working. Customer service sent us a new watch but it still has the same problem. The GPS on the previous Gabb 2 watch worked well but had charging issues. Now I feel locked in to this contract for two years with no recourse. Not very happy and wouldn't recommend it.

Works ok, but seems glitchy with Gabb watch 3. Gives a message of Gabb ID not available when I try to vote it, even though I can see the ID on my account when I log in to the website.

My daughter cant call out on her phone. It keeps telling us we need to assign the phone app as her default app. I have contacted tech a week ago and 4 additional times through email and they still have not responded. I want this to work because i love the concept. Just wish IT and customer service was better
