App does not work. Will not connect to the new Gabb Watch 3e. I spent over 3.5 hrs on the phone with customer service trying to get it to connect. I was sent a new watch and that one won't even connect to the app. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
So far pretty bad service. The app gets stuck in a loop. If I start with the web browser it says my phone is activated and I need to continue in the app. The app wants to scan a code on the Gabb Phone but the phone says it is not actived. The app then asks for the IMEI which then says the phone is active and from the app it says to open the app which goes to a bad URL because the app is already open. So far I cannot do anything with my purchase and seems to be useless.
We love Gabb, their phones and their mission to help kids and families. But why in the world would you design a UI that requires EVERYTHING to run through the app and then have an app that gets caught in an endless loop on the sign in screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried restarting the phone. Tried chatting with customer service. No help.

App is horrible on android. Glitchy, slow, always showing errors. Couldn't recognize my username and password then when I hit forgot password it logged me in.

This watch and app have been wonderful when they work. We have had to factory reset twice because the watch became stuck on a page and we had no other recourse. This in turn deleted any progress/rewards he had on the games. Now it is not locating him at all. I can call him but the app says it hasn't seen the watch in 4 days. I need it to connect so we can add another contact but it won't. All apps and watch are up to date. Please fix!

Location service on the watch is terrible. Today it told me my child had left school in the middle of the day. I tried using the locate option to see where my kid was and it simply couldn't find her. Eventually I called her and she said she was fine. Things like this happen all the time. It says the watch is in some random place and then can't use GPS to update the location. All it's good for is calling and texting which is not why I bought it. I am looking into a different service.

Good idea with poor execution. You're only able to have one primary contact to manage the actual account so that means only one parent can actually do anything useful. Also, apparently, some devices/networks simply can't contact Gabb accounts, so I have a guardian account that can't call or text and there's currently no fix for that.
