On my 4th? 5th? attempts to setup the phone, keep getting stuck at the same wifi setup step. Just spins, event the watch gave up each time. Switched to manual pairing, that somehow was able to get thru the wifi setup step.

Android users beware. This app does not have most of the features advertised on the Gabb website (message tracking, call logs, etc.). The only thing we were really able to get is location tracking. Gabb is an iPhone friendly company only, if you have Android, the app is going to disappoint. Luckily, we caught the issues early and contacted Gabb tech support. They conceded the Android app is not full featured and we are in the process of returning the phone. Sad, I really liked it.

I've run into about 10 serious bugs during the sign up and configuration process. I had to contact tech support four times to get everything resolved. So far the watch and the app are working welll, but this first impression is giving me low confidence in the overall stability and security of the system.

The app just randomly unpaired my phone from my son's.My son rides his bike to school,the only reason he has this dumb phone (which needs to be restarted frequently in order to function correctly)and now I have no way of making sure he makes it home safely.Tried using the IMEI# (found online) but got an error message. I was told by "tech support" I need to have the phone in hand to repair.Totally defeats the purpose of having this phone.Garbage!

Unreliable. For an app that's marked towards "peace of mind" for parents, the app sure does have a hard time locating and connecting to the watch. It worked well while we had the Gabb 2 watch (which had charging problems). Now we have the Gabb 3 and it just can't locate the watch. The app says it's because of poor connection to the network. I can't think of any reason why it would have a poor connection suddenly after "upgrading", but it doesn't matter now to Gabb because we're in a contract.

I just opened the app again after a few months and once again, my grandson's phone is not paired with my account. This is extremely frustrating and I'm considering just moving away from Gabb instead of having to re-enter all of his contacts after adding the phone back.
