I wish there was an option to give negative stars - this office is a nightmare. The told me they'd give me a free consultation and charged my insurance $200 without notifying me. They are completely unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. STAY AWAY!!

Horrible Dental office. Stay away from this unethical dental office immediately. 1. Irvine Gentle Dental ruined my teeth after two years braces. 2. My orthodontist suddenly disappeared halfway through the treatment. I was forced to be treated by a new orthodontist who was arrogant and deceptive. 3. Stay away from this dental office. It doesn't even deserve one star. This place does not have care about your dental health and is mostly concerned about how much money they can squeeze out of you. Even if you have dental insurance, this place will do additional procedures without your consent or without informing you if they are even necessary. They do not respect patient autonomy. Horrible experience at this office.. years later I am still incredibly unhappy. 1. After 16 months of invisalign, my teeth literally look exactly the same. 2. Every time I came in here the office staff literally treated me like I killed their cat. Wow! i would give 0 stars .i had a dentist with my girls insurance all was fine! i get my insurance and get my own dentist , and they wont service me unless i get 3,000$ worth of work done, they said it would be neglectfull to skip the deep cleaneaning and everything else , but yet turning people away because they have no money isnt neglectfull. so how am i supposed to get service now? i guess i have to be rich . insurance aint enough for this place. im going back to my old dentist at least they will service me and wont try... read more

My advice FWIIW: Why go to a dental office with so many dentists working there. You don't know which dentist is going to work on you and each one is paid by the amount of income they generate. None of them have any interest in long term reputation as they are simply commissioned sales generators.
I had to find a new dentist since I moved so I chose this one because it was close to work. The reviews from other former patients are correct and I wish I had listened. They try to force you to get a deep cleaning which is $780. My first visit I declined even though they were aggressive about me getting it (even though I had no cavities or any other issues). Very deceptive dental practice overall. They say insurance covers certain procedures without checking first then bill you later. Right now I have an attorney looking into their deceptive billing practices. I do not recommend this Dental Practice and highly recommend you go somewhere else.
Awful experience. They held my son down to get him the shot. He freaked out and we left and they wouldnt give my money back. After the kids cleaning they didnt even give them a new toothbrush like they did everyone else. I would go else where
