Sucks up all the bandwidth of your internet. That why it is much better to use zoom as it does not require large internet bandwidth

Doesn't recognize when I'm talking on my device via the actual android phone app. If I'm on a normal call via Google Phone or Google Voice, this app will vibrate and display a notification of an incoming call. Ring central should be totally silent if the phone's stock telephone app is in use.(UPDATED) Thanks for sending the kb article but that does it address that the Ring Central app doesn't respect the Android Phone App. Ring Central needs to remain silent while the Android Phone App is in use

I only used it twice so Two Stars
RingCentral app simply will not install on my Samsung tablet. Have tried several times, very frustrating indeed. I have cleared space on my tablet to make room but still no success! Keeps saying app cannot download. The counter goes to 100% then it hovers with the timer spinning and that's as far as it gets.

Works great for text messaging but the call feature has glitches. When I try to take a call from a client or call out it will disconnect and say no internet although I clearly have have internet and great network service.
