They will bill you for robo calls that never ring your phone. The process of getting it refunded is awful. Their customer service is one of the worst I have never had. Edit to Ring Central's response: my account manager has received many emails from me and has ignored every request from me.

The old app for me worked hands down better than this new version. I experience significant audio delay over Wi-Fi even with QOS enabled and fast Wireless AC network. I hope whatever is causing this delay is fixed soon, it started happening following some of these updates and I've updated firmware and haven't had any issues with anything else. Prior, I hadn't had any issues. I have 500MB symmetrical fiber internet connection, it's not a bandwidth issue it appears to be an app issue.

I ordered this product, but found out it won't do what I need. I realized this an hour after I paid for a full year. I talked to customer service and they were going to refund me my money. I haven't received my money back at all. This has been since 11/30/22. I have tried calling and I get disconnected.

I took this application as a source to text family but I am learning through your customer service sales team it is not and when I asked how much it would cost me the response was look for it on RC website. Obviously the person wasn't helping me out. I'm disgusted by the service sales team. Your application is worthless to me at this point. Uninstalling and removing my credentials.
