Worst Application I've ever used. I have an open case pending with RingCentral for last 2 months now, my case number is 16988705. They asked me for few docs that I sent them on time but their client verification team is very unprofessional, it took them 2 months case is still pending. RingCentral charged me $300 for no reason. Everytime I try to contact someone from their Tech supprt team, they make excuses. I won't recommend RingCentral at all. It's a waste of time and money.

The phone dialer no longer works. It will connect the call and then everything cuts out and I get a message stating "No internet."

Suddenly my S21 when receiving a phone call through RingCentral not only rings with the RingCentral ringtone, but also vibrates simultaneously with the ringing. I cannot stand that vibration. How do I get it so it just rings I don't want simultaneous vibrate and audible. Is there a work around? It never used to do this before.

Tracking app, tracks every app you use and everywhere you go. As soon as I discovered the app does this, I wrote this review and am now uninstalling the app.

According to Spectrum, we can use this app but our Spectrum credentials don't work. I guess Spectrum is not part of this app.

Support is personable and knowledgeable, but terrible management of accounts; they do not fix issues, but focus on just collecting numbers rather than actual resolutions; platform has to many bugs and not enough fixes for reliable deployment. Might be good for individuals, but not for a fleet- let alone as an enterprise unified communications app: for mobile or desktop. Looks fancy and shiny, but save yourself a headache and money.
