Call logs not saved on phone app. I answer quite a lot of calls using my phone, but if I have to call back or missed any calls, no record about it. Uninstalled/Installed/updated to latest version available on PlayStore, still no fix.

1/10 customer service for not knowing there product. For years the status for softphones showing offline has been an issue and never resolved. Call queues cannot be sent to an outside number so best of luck with an answering service. You can use forwarding to a user to forward out but when the soft phones never show online it just never works. 1/10 for a half baked product. When porting main phone number I was down 24 hours, due to them. Support shrugged their shoulders, goodbye $8k revenue.

The new update made everything incredibly confusing. I cant even see how to change my name.. was it really necessary to change the whole layout on the desktop version for Ring Central Video??
