TERRIBLE app. I've gotten TWO calls when I'M OFFLINE ON THE WEEKEND. Accept calls as off SHOULD MEAN FOR ANY CALL WHAT SO EVER! I SHOULDN'T EVEN GET SPAM CALLS TO MY DIRECT NUMBER! Garbage app.

Hi Ian, when Android OS DND (Do Not Disturb) is turned on and Call from is set to “Contact only / Favorite only / None”, there will be no sound / vibration notification for any incoming RingCentral calls / incoming video calls. If you try out this setting and still receive calls, please email us at review@ringcentral.com.
Set myself to NOT receive calls, yet they still send me a spam call on a Saturday.
I am at the point of contacting an Attorney because the customer service for this company is horrid. Last year, they almost doubled my billing with no notification, no changes to my service....just "We'll take your money and you'll like it!" I tried to get them to reverse the billing but NO ONE would even consider it. I've contacted them several times to move my billing from Annual to Monthly because I have no intention of moving forward with them. The recent update has caused this app to start dropping calls for no apparent reason. I've received a message that says "unstable network" and then my connection drops and has to reconnect. Dies both on wifi and LTE.

App is not working properly. I am not getting calls. But it shows in missed calls. Frequently it goes in Offline. Even the status is available it's not receiving the calls.

This app really needs better integration with Android Auto. I can't answer calls unless I grab my phone which is against safe driving habits.
