Ohhh ok, yeah I meant emoji reactions. So in teams, if there's a message that already has an emoji reaction to it -- then I'm able to see the emoji with the plus "+" on it to react (it doesn't show up when I tap the 3 dots "⋯" though). But if someone hasn't already reacted to the message, then there's no option that appears for me to be able to react to it (& only on mobile).

Can't use the old app and this one won't install. And now the desktop client isn't working. I loated Ring Central products before. Now, I still loathe them but now am losing money and time.

I have CONSTANT connection issues with this app. Dropped calls. Poor quality. I use this for business and cannot afford to have these issues when dealing with clients. Totally unacceptable!

Hate that I am forced into this app from RC phone. None of the contacts carried over. RC phone is so much more intuitive and easy to use than this, please give it back

If you use wireless headsets, just good luck, this app has the most issues with bluetooth audio I've ever seen

This app is quirky on performance and still has a subtle delay on phone calls. Any chance we can have autoresponders for texts? This is crazy and enough alone to use a different app, any updates on the delay too? Really disappointed using this. 😒
