It was a real. disappointed first encounter when for over TWO SOLID HOURS l attempted to download the app without success and as a result my future job prospect is now in doubt for l just could not participate in an orientation and training sessions. Please help me. Anticipate better things today. All the best to you as you seek to serve me and the public.

This app works sometimes and other times it doesn't. When I pick up a call sometimes I cannot hear anyone on the line, then on top of my screen it flashes in red " Network is Unstable ". A very bad inconvenience when i'm trying to do my job working with business clients. 😒🙄

TERRIBLE app. I've gotten TWO calls when I'M OFFLINE ON THE WEEKEND. Accept calls as off SHOULD MEAN FOR ANY CALL WHAT SO EVER! I SHOULDN'T EVEN GET SPAM CALLS TO MY DIRECT NUMBER! Garbage app. Update: TERRIBLE support too. I shouldn't have to change my call settings because YOU can't code properly. Offline means don't give me any calls, the fact that you send them is YOUR fault, not my phone's. Happened on iOS and Android. You should be removed from both until you can code properly.

Hi Ian, when Android OS DND (Do Not Disturb) is turned on and Call from is set to “Contact only / Favorite only / None”, there will be no sound / vibration notification for any incoming RingCentral calls / incoming video calls. If you try out this setting and still receive calls, please email us at review@ringcentral.com.

This is the worst phone service I have ever used. The customer support agents are clueless as to how to help. They are reading a script with instructions and it seems like no matter what the issue is, the outcome is always the same.....uninstall the app and reinstall the app, restart your computer/mobile phone, log in to RingCentral. The issue still remains the same. I was "escalated to a level 3 support department and they still don't know what is wrong weeks later. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!

Very poor voice and call quality on the Phone app. During call if I am connected to Bluetooth, every couple of minutes , caller on other side keep loosing my voice and I have to keep switching source. Phone App is so bad that I feel like selling my RingCentral stocks. And they have not fixed the app in 2 yrs.

The app drops calls after 10 seconds and will no longer accept calls unless you force stop it and restart after every call. Fix this asap!! Latest android update running here.

Ohhh ok, yeah I meant emoji reactions. So in teams, if there's a message that already has an emoji reaction to it -- then I'm able to see the emoji with the plus "+" on it to react (it doesn't show up when I tap the 3 dots "⋯" though). But if someone hasn't already reacted to the message, then there's no option that appears for me to be able to react to it (& only on mobile).

Can't use the old app and this one won't install. And now the desktop client isn't working. I loated Ring Central products before. Now, I still loathe them but now am losing money and time.
