I have CONSTANT connection issues with this app. Dropped calls. Poor quality. I use this for business and cannot afford to have these issues when dealing with clients. Totally unacceptable!

Hate that I am forced into this app from RC phone. None of the contacts carried over. RC phone is so much more intuitive and easy to use than this, please give it back

If you use wireless headsets, just good luck, this app has the most issues with bluetooth audio I've ever seen

This app is quirky on performance and still has a subtle delay on phone calls. Any chance we can have autoresponders for texts? This is crazy and enough alone to use a different app, any updates on the delay too? Really disappointed using this. 😒

TERRIBLE app. I've gotten TWO calls when I'M OFFLINE ON THE WEEKEND. Accept calls as off SHOULD MEAN FOR ANY CALL WHAT SO EVER! I SHOULDN'T EVEN GET SPAM CALLS TO MY DIRECT NUMBER! Garbage app.

Hi Ian, when Android OS DND (Do Not Disturb) is turned on and Call from is set to “Contact only / Favorite only / None”, there will be no sound / vibration notification for any incoming RingCentral calls / incoming video calls. If you try out this setting and still receive calls, please email us at review@ringcentral.com.
Set myself to NOT receive calls, yet they still send me a spam call on a Saturday.
I am at the point of contacting an Attorney because the customer service for this company is horrid. Last year, they almost doubled my billing with no notification, no changes to my service....just "We'll take your money and you'll like it!" I tried to get them to reverse the billing but NO ONE would even consider it. I've contacted them several times to move my billing from Annual to Monthly because I have no intention of moving forward with them.
