I'm not sure what happened since the latest update however anytime that I try to make a phone call through my business app Grasshopper, I get an error message that said I'm not able to make a call from my extension and the Ringcentral app opens automatically. I've never changed any settings in either app. It's weird because I think these two apps are independent of one another.

I downloaded your app on playstore and it only works once after i download it. When a text message comes in and i have to reply back, it gives me an error. That has been happening everytime. I will uninstall the app and reinstall it and it will work after reinstalling. I will then be able to send a response right after that but when i recieve another text message it will no longer send again. When i set my presence to available this is the error message i get "Cannot update presence"

Not a fan. I was a frequent user of the Ring Central fax app- very user friendly. This one, not so much. Forced to use this app but can't even figure out how to make a fax let alone send one. Us no record of my past faxes sent. Looking for a new faxing app.

Loses connection when I have 5G in a city. "Bad network connection" is BS. Just admit the app is garbage.

we used the original RC app for 4 years. it was simple and easy to use. this new version is terrible. the font is obnoxious and painful on the eyes. the app itself is not as easy to use and visually cluttered and disorganized looking. users should have been given the option to continue using the original app. it was far more visually appealing and easier to look at and read. who ever made this decision to change this app is a raging idiot.
