Last two updates have made it much harder to use. Forced to use it at work, but without doubt this is getting harder to use because more steps are required after each update. Also the worst tech support I have ever experienced. If you ever get to talk to somebody it is a waste of time.. Then they close the ticket after each contact and you have to start over. Tech support is a total waste of one's time. Read the stock brain-dead response to my critique of their horrible tech support...

Used to be really good, but now i can not take calls on Android. It always says 'poor connection' although I've tried every Wifi and 4g networks

Constantly having issues with calls cutting out & poor quality. I've updated the app. I un-installed re-installed, etc all without resolving the issue. Texting is primarily how I use your app due to poor call quality

Can't receive calls at all. I'm a ringcentral admin and none if our users can receive calls.

i was using the ringcentral RC app and never have problem now ringcentral forced me to download and use this app only its very bad too much drop calls with my customers i will be switching to another company if this not fixed i am getting mad customers from your bad service

It doesn't work uninterrupted more than a day. Sometimes its not working on WiFi and sometimes not working on phone data. Fix it please
