I just got a new phone (LG stylo 6) and this app does not work on it.. It wont even open and gives an error that it keeps stopping. But my previous (LG Stylo 4) it works great on.. Anyway this could be fixed at all?

While it does meetings well enough, it is a clunky, ineffective, and incomplete replacement for the old RingCentral phone app. We don't use the messenging part of the app so that's dead weight. It also chokes on slight signal degradation and usually fails to reconnect. It finally also loses a call when switching from wifi to cell or vice versa. I am really tired of using it and just want the RC phone app back.

I am unable to sign in. I have tried so many times but always failed
Half the time this app will not let others hear me, while I can hear them. Other half of the time I cant hear them while they can hear me. It is not a permissions issue, and has been going of for the greater part of a year w.no solution. Not recommended

I get the phone calls on my cell phone but after about 5 to 10 seconds into the phone call the customer can't hear me so I have to hang up and go call from my office phone.
