Won't load, tried wifi, nope!! Now cant use the phone at all unless you download the app. Great job, cut off usage unless update is installed. CANT DOWNLOAD THE FRIGGIN UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

Crashes every time I join a meeting. Useless app. Have to boot up a pc and use the slow version on there. App becomes unresponsive and a phone reboot is required Samsung s20 Ultra Android 10

Constantly tells me network issues but I can stream media while RC can't connect. Terrible interface.

The interface is really clunky. I have made the switch back to the RingCentral Phone app. Our firm can't use the messaging/fax features so it's frustrating to be forced to the messages portion of the app every time it's opened.

We implemented RC at our business with 20 employees. There has not been a single positive aspect. The service has been terrible, the conversion from our old phone system was terrible and we are still dealing with unresolved issues and call handling after 5 months. If I had to do over I would NEVER choose Ring Central.

My app says I need to update but it just spins and never downloads. Android app being discontinued? Update. I was finally able to download the new app but only after I connected to WiFi.

The app takes up too much space and upgrades do too. I don't use/ need all the bells and whistles on all devices.
