From the moment I walked in I knew the staff was there to help me. They asked all the right questions and made me feel that they truly cared about me . Dr Ross was quick and explained everything so I could understand what was wrong with me and what needed to be done. I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr Ross and her staff.. If not for them I wouldn't be able to write this review ....

I would not entrust my eyes to anyone but Dr Robin Ross. Not only does Dr Ross take care of my eyes as I suffer from Lupus and dry eye syndrome, but my 90 year old mother who suffers with macro-degeneration, and my brother also flew in to see her from Minneapolis. In the last two years I've been through 3 eye issue: Uveitis (left eye), a retinal bleed (right eye) and dry-eye (both eyes). I've been a patient with Global Retina for all three problems, and I am sooooo glad my Optometrist sent me to them. Each event has been handicapping. Dr. Ross and the entire staff are far and away the BEST health care PROFESSIONALS i have worked with and that list is unfortunately long. Testing, explanations, options and expectations were all fully covered. My case was inordinately complicated and challenging. Dr. Ross was more that up to it with outstanding results. For five years I’ve been pestered by an intruder in my eye that has interfered with my driving mostly. I visited Dr. Ross at the Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross diagnosed the “floater” and performed a painless laser surgery that healed me. Well, let me just say..I’m so glad I was referred to Dr Ross. She and her staff were absolutely wonderful. I went in with a big issue, worried of course. They took the tome and walked me through every procedure, told me what expect, and made me feel very secure. I now know more about my eyes with the tests they preformed and feel like I was in the very best hands. I was one of those people that had cataract surgery when I was 33 on both eyes, I’m now 62. I left a message about my problem on Sunday. Wednesday Jordon called and asked about my condition. I said I was ok, that I had talked with my eye doctor who told me I had some blood in my eye. Two hours later while I was in Scottsdale Jordon called me again and said Dr Ross wanted to see me as soon as possible. Since I was in Scottsdale they set up an immediate appointment. Bottom line I had a retina tear and laser procedure was done. Great service and concern for my well being. Cheerful and friendly staff.

Dr. Ross is the physician you can only dream of discovering.
