GSF Mortgage and Sharyn DiCarlo in particular are the best in the business! I have refinanced before but I never received the level of service and responsiveness that Sharyn provided. Even when things became a bit more complicated due to Hurricane Sandy, Sharyn DiCarlo and Mike Maida took the time to address any issue that came up. I have mixed feelings about working with GSF. To their credit, they closed a very difficult purchase loan on time, and I am thankful to them for that. Sharyn DiCarlo was extremely responsive and kept things on schedule. Our loan was not ordinary due to the previous owner having purchased the property as a foreclosure and reselling it at a profit. Pam Gustafon and her GSF Mortgage team made it a breeze getting a refi mortgage. Communication could not have been any better and their knowledge of the mortgage process enabled us to close quickly. And talk about convenience....we had the closing in our house!
