Sharyn Dicarlo handled my deal. She was on top of it from the start. From start to finish, three weeks! She's very knowledgeable. If you're a numbers person, she'll keep right up with you. Would recommend her to anyone.
Had a fantastic experience with GSF. Sharyn was unbelievably responsive every step of the way. The loan process is painful in general, but they made it as smooth and pleasant as possible. I was able to lock a fantastic rate, and their "home sweet home" promotion saved me money on the inspection. Overall I was very, very pleased with everything and would recommend to friends and use them again!

My initial contact was with Pamela Gustafson at GoGsf. I spoke with Pam and answered a few general questions and within 24-hours I received an email with about four different loan options. Excellent customer service and great rates! Reasonable flat processing fee. A smooth web-based application process with less paperwork. The ability to choose your own title and escrow company is a plus (you can shop around for the best price). Even though they were not able to close the refinancing before the rate lock expired, GSF extended the rate lock for an extra week at no additional cost. Definitely would recommend using GSF Mortgage.
Pam and her team were very cooperative in defining and explaining different mortgage refinance scenarios within the scope of limiting any cash outlays on my part to secure the lowest rate. They were very responsive to the many questions I had during the process and limited my involvement to clarification questions and obtaining desired documentation once appropriate refi option had been identified. Pam Gustafson and Amy Coppus with GSF did a fantastic job in quoting and processing our loan application for our new construction purchase mortgage. I needed to get re-finance due to a divorce and Pam and team were recommended by a co-worker. I couldn't ask for less friction. It was about as easy as humanly possible. They even had someone come to my house to sign the paperwork. Love Pam!
Sharyn, my loan officer, was honest and responsive throughout the process. On three occasions she took steps to resolve concerns that I had -- successfully.
