refinancing with GSF was a good experience. Due to storm damage after I locked, the process was more complicated than any of us could have predicted, but Sharyn Dicarlo always returned our calls and worked with us to get to closing.

I had a good experience for my mortgage refi with GSF mortgage. The process itself was painless and my processor, Sharyn Dicarlo, was deligent in keeping me informed of the status. I was able to contact her in the evenings and weekends as well, when necessary. We actually closed earlier than anticipated, which turned out great.
