Thank you GSF Mortgage! We worked with Sharyn DiCarlo, who was there every step of the way to refinance our mortgage. We threw her quite a curveball with wanting to keep our home equity line open. The subordination process took us quite a while, butSharyn had advised us to use a 55 day lock, which ended up being perfect! Amy Coppus, our loan processor, was so nice to work with, too. We chose GSF because they had the best rates and the best reviews. They definitely have top-notch people!

Working with GSF (and especially Sharyn DiCarlo) this was the smoothest and best rate I have had dealing with obtaining a mortgage. She was available anytime and always gave me detailed information. When I say anytime; we had e-mails and phone calls late Friday nights, early Sunday morning, and during normal business hours. I would recommend her to anyone.

Mike was a FANTASTIC guy to work with! My wife asks a ton of questions, and Mike always got back to us really quickly with answers and was always open and honest every step of the way! If we hadn't gotten such an incredible rate that I am doubtful we will have to refi again I would totally go back to Mike! He was excellent!

I worked with Mike English. I found the exceptional rate on Zillow. Better than what I could get through my local and trusted Mortgage Broker. I was suspicious with transacting at arm's length for such an important refinance. I was worried about hidden fees, lack of response and any of the hundred other things that could go wrong and not having the recourse of interacting locally and/or in person. 5 Stars all the way! I was very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from Mike English at GSF. The entire process from my first phone call to get an interest rate for my refi until I closed was less then one month. The entire process was very smooth and mostly easy although I did have a problem uploading the documents to their website, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a quick and easy process and Mike was very helpful. I would strongly recommend using GSF, and more specifically, use Mike English.

The process of refinancing my home was very smooth. The application was done online. Documents were exchanged via email using password protected zip files. Mike English was easily reached by phone or email. The home appraiser and the person that delivered our closing documents to sign were both on time and competent.
