After a really bad experience with another mortgage lender, I found GSF through Zillow. I contacted them and I got a quick response from Pam Gustafson who provided me with multiple options and recommendations. I decided to go with GSF as Pam was really knowledgeable and gave me a very good rate and lenders credit. From start to finish the process took less than 4 weeks and was extremely smooth. I highly recommend GSF and Pam Gustafson for anyone.

Excellent service by Pam@GSF. We closed one week ahead of schedule, and this was in December. I heard horror stories about delayed closings from my friends, however had no problem with GSF.
I requested a rate through Zillow and was contacted Frank Papaleo within an hour. He was very knowledgable and not pushy at all. He really took his time and explained the process and was very communicative but not to the point of too excessive. Unfortunately things with the property didn't work out on my end but I plan to contact GSF/Frank when things finally come together. I have already recommended GSF to my sister-in-law and they were impressed as well and are working with him on refinancing their home.
They made the entire process a pleasant experience and my agent Sharyn worked with me every step of the process. Everything closed on the planned date and at the rate quoted. I paid very low closing costs, and i'm saving $400 per month.
