Great Experience with GSF...I have refinanced twice with them, very friendly and easy to deal with.....I have recommended GSF to my coworkers.

I had a very positive experience with GSF mortgage. I felt that they were honest in that they provided detailed information on what affects the cost and rate of the mortgage and how we fit into it. The process went very fast. The uploading of documents was easy and user friendly. Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions. He always had time for me. It was extra convenient to have the closing at my house, saving me time and travel. I got to pick the closing time. Would definitely use GFS again and recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks mike, you saved me a lot of money.
I have gone through 6 mortgages in the last 7 years and GSF Mortgage Corp has been the most responsive and easiest to work with. They were always available when I called and very organized with the required forms and activities. I highly recommend them.
My experience with Eileen Million was excellent!! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a loan or a refinance. She is VERY responsive, which was my concern when seeking a loan from a bank/mortgage lender not in my neighborhood!
I worked with Eileen Million on a refinance for my home in VA. I obtained 4 different rate and fee quotes and GSF was the best.Pam Gustafson was great to work with. She promptly provided me with all the information I needed and did not pressure us to make a decision. It was a great refinance experience.
