Sharyn DiCarlo was absolutely spectacular knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient. We closed the mortgage within the expected time and we ended up even saving some money compare to what was anticipated. I highly recommend Sharyn.

I can't say enough about GFS and Sharyn DiCarlo. The best rates and Sharyn was amazing. Exceptional service – she was knowledgeable and very responsive. She helped me determine the best option and was quick to get me the details and answer any questions. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the really bad experience I had with one of the other major banks. But with Sharyn and GFS it was a great experience and everything went so smoothly, I highly recommend them.
GSF Mortgage and Sharyn DiCarlo in particular are the best in the business! I have refinanced before but I never received the level of service and responsiveness that Sharyn provided. Even when things became a bit more complicated due to Hurricane Sandy, Sharyn DiCarlo and Mike Maida took the time to address any issue that came up. I have mixed feelings about working with GSF. To their credit, they closed a very difficult purchase loan on time, and I am thankful to them for that. Sharyn DiCarlo was extremely responsive and kept things on schedule. Our loan was not ordinary due to the previous owner having purchased the property as a foreclosure and reselling it at a profit.
