Before I began the refi process, I wondered if all those great reviews about GSF and Pam Gustafson were real and true. Having just completed our smoothing refi process and closing, I can say "Yes, it's really true!" 5 stars to Pam and GSF!

We really enjoyed working with Pam and her team! Her team is very organized, which made the entire refinance process go that much easier. She was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process and was very quick to do so. We have already recommended her to several friends and work colleagues because of the service and rates that we received from GSF.
I just closed my refinance with Sharyn Dicarlo as my loan officer. I have been shopping around for about six months. I have friends who are in the industry as well as referrals from friends who could not compete with Sharyn's expertise and customer service. A big thank you to Sharyn! Mike English was the best, but I already knew that. He helped us save $100 a month on our mortgage and take out some cash to buy a car, back in November 2011. We were so happy with the work he did that we had him do the refinance again in October 2012. Mike patiently answered my weekly rate emails throughout the summer as rates fell. We pulled the trigger at 3.375%. He had the lowest rate and fees of all the brokers and lenders we contacted, even some that advertised "direct lender." I closed a refinance with Pam at the end of September. Rates leading up to my closing fluctuated a good deal and Pam was great about getting back to me and working with me to get the best arrangement possible. She went above-and-beyond to assist during the pre-lock period (even answering my calls on her personal cell phone during a vacation!) and was quite responsive during the post-lock/pre-closing period. All in all, an excellent experience. I have refinanced many times and this was probably the smoothest I've ever experienced. Pam was very responsive and easy to work with. I also really liked their secure website to upload documents and follow along on the progress of the loan. Electronically signing the initial app/disclosures was great. I highly recommend Pam and GSF.
Sharyn Dicarlo was courteous, fast and efficient. We got a great rate and closing costs were minimal. It was a pleasure working with GSF!
Mike was fantastic! He made it very clear what we needed to do. He gave us a bunch of options at far as rates and closing costs, ultimately getting us an awesome deal. But Mike's service and timelyness was what really impressed me. Super friendly and easy to talk to and made a complicated process that I know nothing about easy.
