Just refinanced with Frank Papaleo, and it was simply an amazing experience. It started out with discovering Zillow Mortgage, and GSF provided the best rate and had excellent reviews. I had a good experience for my mortgage refi with GSF mortgage. The process itself was painless and my processor, Sharyn Dicarlo, was deligent in keeping me informed of the status. I was able to contact her in the evenings and weekends as well, when necessary. We actually closed earlier than anticipated, which turned out great.
We just got done refinancing with GSF--great company, great rates and great service--simply could not be happier. Even with all the headaches and delays caused by Super Storm Sandy, Frank Papaleo kept us informed and the process moving--highly recommend Frank.

Thank you GSF Mortgage! We worked with Sharyn DiCarlo, who was there every step of the way to refinance our mortgage. We threw her quite a curveball with wanting to keep our home equity line open. The subordination process took us quite a while, butSharyn had advised us to use a 55 day lock, which ended up being perfect! Amy Coppus, our loan processor, was so nice to work with, too. We chose GSF because they had the best rates and the best reviews. They definitely have top-notch people!
Working with GSF (and especially Sharyn DiCarlo) this was the smoothest and best rate I have had dealing with obtaining a mortgage. She was available anytime and always gave me detailed information. When I say anytime; we had e-mails and phone calls late Friday nights, early Sunday morning, and during normal business hours. I would recommend her to anyone.

Mike was a FANTASTIC guy to work with! My wife asks a ton of questions, and Mike always got back to us really quickly with answers and was always open and honest every step of the way! If we hadn't gotten such an incredible rate that I am doubtful we will have to refi again I would totally go back to Mike! He was excellent!
