Go GSF worked great for us on our mortgage. Our realtor was worried when we went with GSF that they would find a way to nix the great deal we were getting, but Sharyn DiCarlo came through for us on a short timeline. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable and we were able to get a hold of her at many unusual hours, after work and on weekends, both over email and on the phone. Big thumbs up for them. Sharyn DiCarlo and the GSF team were excellent. This is my 5th mortgage/refi experience but 1st online refi so I was skeptical and shopped around. I contacted GSF Mortgage through zillow because I was getting a home loan through Wells Fargo and the interest rate quoted by GSF was better by almost half a point. Recently refinanced through GSF Mortgage. I worked with Sharyn DiCarlo and could not have been happier. Sharyn was available throughout the entire process to answer questions & helped with issues. Any questions I had, Sharyn would respond back immediately. I always felt like things were under control after talking with Sharyn. I don't know if rates can go much lower, but rest assured, if they do I'll be calling Sharyn for my next refi!!!
