I worked with Mike English. I found the exceptional rate on Zillow. Better than what I could get through my local and trusted Mortgage Broker. I was suspicious with transacting at arm's length for such an important refinance. 5 Stars all the way! I was very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from Mike English at GSF. The entire process from my first phone call to get an interest rate for my refi until I closed was less then one month. The entire process was very smooth and mostly easy although I did have a problem uploading the documents to their website, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a quick and easy process and Mike was very helpful. I would strongly recommend using GSF, and more specifically, use Mike English.

The process of refinancing my home was very smooth. The application was done online. Documents were exchanged via email using password protected zip files. Mike English was easily reached by phone or email. The home appraiser and the person that delivered our closing documents to sign were both on time and competent.

This was our first time to obtain mortgage refinancing via the internet. We were extremely pleased with our loan officer Pam Gustafson. She quickly and professionaly responded to all our needs. I had a very positive experience with GSF mortgage. I felt that they were honest in that they provided detailed information on what affects the cost and rate of the mortgage and how we fit into it. At the end, our records exceeded expectations and loan terms were not modified. The process went very fast. The uploading of documents was easy and user friendly. Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions. He always had time for me. It was extra convenient to have the closing at my house, saving me time and travel. I got to pick the closing time. Would definitely use GFS again and recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks mike, you saved me a lot of money.
