My experience with Pam Gustafson of GSF Mortgage was exceptional. Pam went the extra mile to make my refinance transaction as smooth as possible, which is not always easy in today's environment. Pam showed her commitment to an easy process when a conflict arose due to me being out of town on the scheduled closing date. Pam immediately tracked down a closer in the small city I was in and the closer came right to me for the closing. I appreciated her committment to client service.

Excellent service and competitive rates. Highly recommend GSF Mortgage. Picked GSF from the list of lenders on Zillow due to there advertised rates (which were representative of the actual rates offered) and the fact that they are located in Wisconsin. Always a pleasure doing business with a Wisconsin company.

We recently refinanced our home for the third time in as many years, and were very satisfied with our experience with GSF and Pam Gustafson. The process seemed smoother and less complicated than our previous refinances, and Pam even got us a lower rate than the one we initially requested a lock on, after rates dropped again. We would definitely use GSF again for our home mortgage needs.

After a horrible experience with another lender, working with GSF was a dream. Pam G. was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She was able to concisely answer difficult questions--she is definitely a mortgage professional and not just a paperwork processor. Let me start by saying that Sharyn DiCarlo was fantastic. Great response time in answering all questions we had and the loan process was very clear with everything explained in detail. There were a few bumps in the road (not at the fault of Sharyn) that was a bit stressful but even with the delay we closed with the great rate we wanted and in fewer than 30 days. I would highly recommend GSF because of the great rates (better than other rates we were quoted) and Sharyn's responsive, get it done attitude.

Sharyn DiCarlo was awesome. She responded immediately to my request and was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process.
