Sharyn provided excellent service from my first contact with her. We initiated discussions over a purchase loan on July 13 and were able to close it by July 30. Incredibly fast ! Sharyn was extremely proactive in contacting me and keeping me updated with each step of the process. This was my third refinance and first with GSF. Everything went very smoothly, in fact it was the smoothest of the three. Pam was helpful and good about presenting all options with rates and closing costs. She was also quick to answer her phone at any time during the day. I can't recommend Pam and her team enough. I found them on Zillow and was a little leery of using someone from the internet to refinance our home. But after talking to Pam I realized she was the real deal. Pam and Amy were extremely responsive when I had questions. I even called Pam while she was on vacation and she took time to answer my questions. I am definitely recommending GSF and Pam to all my friends and family.
