Recently worked with Andy Newman on my 15 yr FHA refi. Process was silky smooth, the interest rate was solid, the closing fees were reasonable, and everything was wrapped in about 2 weeks. This is my second time working with GSF and i have no qualms whatsoever in recommending them.
I was very hesitant to try this online mortgage. Pam made everything so easy and was very responsive either by email or phone. Her team facilitated the flow of documents and closing happened very quickly. I couldn't have had a better experience. Pam worked very hard to find us the best rate and, right before closing, she found us an even better rate since they had gone down a bit. Forget the local mortgage brokerage fims, GO GSF!
We are so pleased that Andy Newman has been our agent at GSF for our last two refinances. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. he has always taken his time to explain and make sure that we are secure with all the paperwork that is presented to us. I was contacted by Sharyn DiCarlo about a refinance at a time we were looking into lower rates for our loan. Perfect timing, she had refinanced our loan 2 years ago and I trusted her with the process. We were very happy with the no points and very low origination fee; could not have gotten a better deal, and she was always there for us whenever we needed her with an immediate response, even after hours PST vs EST. We like the way GSF does business Honest, Efficient, Timely. WE definitely recommend them 5 stars!
The loan processing by Sharyn DiCarlo and Amy Coppus was stellar. They were on top of the many issues that can arise and proactive in communicating. All requests were promptly handled. It was an excellent experience.
Sharyn was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. She was always available even late into the night. This is our second refi and it was quite possibly one of the fastest closings I have ever heard of!

I thought Sharyn Dicarlo and GSF Mortgage did an outstanding job on my refi. Sharyn seems to work 24/7 in order to make sure the closing is done quickly and correctly. I shopped around extensively for the best deal on rates/fees on my 7/1 ARM and GSF had the best deal. This is the second time I have used them and I would highly recommend them.
