Sharyn DiCarlo and the GSF team were excellent. This is my 5th mortgage/refi experience but 1st online refi so I was skeptical and shopped around. However, GSF is very competitive in the market and GSF was better than previous mortgage experiences. They are a real deal. I recommend GSF and will refer my friends.

I contacted GSF Mortgage through zillow because I was getting a home loan through Wells Fargo and the interest rate quoted by GSF was better by almost half a point. I was unsure of whether to use them or not just because I had no prior knowledge of them and frankly, you hear of many internet scam companies so throughout I expressed my concern and the fact that it felt a bit scary. I've refinanced multiple times over the years and this was, by far, the best experience of them all. GSF's online technology is impressive and streamlines the process. Pam was wonderful to work with, patiently answered all of our questions and was very responsive over the phone and email. Thanks again!

Recently refinanced through GSF Mortgage. I worked with Sharyn DiCarlo and could not have been happier. Sharyn was available throughout the entire process to answer questions & helped with issues. Any questions I had, Sharyn would respond back immediately. I always felt like things were under control after talking with Sharyn. I don't know if rates can go much lower, but rest assured, if they do I'll be calling Sharyn for my next refi!!!

Almost everything I buy is through reading reviews, unfortuately before I went with GSF, I went with discover loans (formerly lending tree) and the entire process was a joke, they played games, at the end days before closing, sending a revised estimate that was 40,000 less then the original. I told them close it down, went to zillow and found gsf had all positive reviews, and contacted them immediately. Service was incredible! Pam Gustafson was wonderful to work with throughout the process. My wife and I researched several mortgage companies and GSF had the best rates and lender credit combo. Our mortgage refinance cost us very little and we will save us about $300 per month! Excellent deal, excellent service, no hassle. In a word, FANTASTIC! Sharyn DiCarlo was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She stayed on top of the process and even went "above and beyond" the call of duty when the third party appraiser tried to charge an extra (and seemingly unjustified) fee. Sharyn seems to work all the time, and I felt that I was her only client. I worked with Sharon DiCarlo, and she responded to emails and calls almost immediately. She got everything done quickly and made me aware of each step as it was taking place. I was reluctant to refinance through the internet, but it worked out well.
