Just refinanced our house with GSF. Our experience was very positive. We received one of the lowest rates out there, with almost no closing costs. Sharyn DiCarlo was very patient in answering all my questions and was very honest and open about closing costs and available options from the beginning. She is also extremely accessible-- if you email her at any time (even on the weekend), she gets back to you right away. We closed in less than 25 days. Very fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them!

Very easy to work with. Andy always answered my questions quickly and made sure what he original quoted me in closing cost was going to reflect in the final paperwork. He put my concerns to ease with follow up emails or phone calls. They are very professional at GSF and truly have good rates to offer.

My experience with GSF Mortgage was one of the easiest I've ever gone through. My Loan Officer Sharyn Dicarlo was so helpful and answered all my questions. Sharyn also kept me updated with the process step by step. She is a work horse! Sharyn saved me a lot of money a month and saved me a lot of money for the length of my loan.

Sharyn was from the very beginning very helpful and repsonsive in helping us to get both pre-approved and our final approval for our loan. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and thorough in her responses and very very professional. Ms. DiCarlo, was an excellent agent. She was very helpful and responded to any inquiries or issues almost immediately. She was also very good a working through any issues that may have come up during the process. Sharyn made the entire refinancing process simple, easy and quick. We had our mortgage with a different bank, we wanted to refinance and didnt get a great rate back from our first bank. Mike English helped secure us a great rate and was great to work with. Andy at GSF is just great. This is the second time he did our refinance. He is very friendly and really knows his stuff. I've also never seen anyone as responsive as he is. I exchanged no fewer than 30 emails with him over the course of the process and always received a very prompt response. He answered all of our questions and made the process easy. I would not hesitate to use GSF again, especially Andy. I have begun referring all my friends, family and colleagues to him.
