I worked with Mike English at GSF on a refi in August 2012. Mike could not have made the process any smoother. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and quickly responded to every one of my questions. My experience with Pam Gustafson of GSF Mortgage was exceptional. Pam went the extra mile to make my refinance transaction as smooth as possible, which is not always easy in today's environment. Pam showed her commitment to an easy process when a conflict arose due to me being out of town on the scheduled closing date. Pam immediately tracked down a closer in the small city I was in and the closer came right to me for the closing. I appreciated her committment to client service.
