My experience with GSF was excellent and I'm glad I chose Eileen Million to work with. I highly recommend this lender and their employees. This was a 30 yr re-fi and we were quickly locked hassle free at a 3.50 rate plus a nice lender credit which the competition couldn't touch. No games were played. The agent I worked with - Sharyn DiCarlo, was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. She gave me all the facts about the cost up front and the GSF rates were the best around. Another company (Trident) gave me a much higher rate which they lowered little by little when I made them aware of the GSF deal. I ultimately went with GSF because of the fast response and candid quotes from the start. Our closing went off with a hitch and Sharyn came to the closing to insure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend GSF.
This was my 2nd REFI in a matter of 12mos but couldn't resist dropping my 15Y lending rate a whole point! I closed in 31 days and Mike English of GSF Mortgage was very responsive to my needs. It might look suspect to give 5-stars across the board, but it's true. I dealt with Sharyn Dicarlo and I felt as though I was the only client she had based on the responsiveness from start to finish. Not to mention capable, knowledgeable, customer focused. I hope the rates come down so I can do this again with GSF.
