Andy Newman was fantastic to work with! We were nervous about trying a new company, and could not have been more pleased with the result. The closing was quick, uncomplicated...and he kept us in the loop along the way. I will not hesitate to use him again, and have already suggested GSF to friends.
This was my third refinance and first with GSF. Everything went very smoothly, in fact it was the smoothest of the three. Since purchasing my home 10 years ago, I've refinanced several times, and my experience with GSF was far and away the easiest and fastest. I can't recommend Pam and her team enough. I found them on Zillow and was a little leery of using someone from the internet to refinance our home. But after talking to Pam I realized she was the real deal. Pam and Amy were extremely responsive when I had questions. I even called Pam while she was on vacation and she took time to answer my questions. I am definitely recommending GSF and Pam to all my friends and family.
Recently worked with Andy Newman on my 15 yr FHA refi. Process was silky smooth, the interest rate was solid, the closing fees were reasonable, and everything was wrapped in about 2 weeks. This is my second time working with GSF and i have no qualms whatsoever in recommending them.
I was very hesitant to try this online mortgage. Pam made everything so easy and was very responsive either by email or phone. Her team facilitated the flow of documents and closing happened very quickly. I couldn't have had a better experience. Pam worked very hard to find us the best rate and, right before closing, she found us an even better rate since they had gone down a bit. Forget the local mortgage brokerage fims, GO GSF!
