I wanted to add how much I enjoyed my recent service experience at Grand Prairie Ford. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and during the visit they identified that I needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement. I really appreciated that they provided photos of the items needing attention and let me review everything directly on my phone. It made the process easy and transparent. Overall it was a lot of money to spend that we were not expecting, but as long as the work is quality and holds up it's justified. Had a slight hiccup that was rectified appropriately, so no fuss about that. I appreciate Nelson's posture and overall care for me as an employee. Would recommend but with the caveat of every dealership-- you're gunna pay top dollar.
